- Quotes and invoices as PDFs on your letterhead, emailed from the app with CC, BCC and a copy to you
- Two or three price options on one quote, and the customer accepts and signs online
- Reminder emails for quotes and unpaid invoices, and a Google review request when the final invoice is paid
- Fence lines drawn on the aerial photo of the property, with the map printed on the quote
- Reads a building plan and suggests the measurements and site details for you to check
- Jobs tracked from quote to paid, with hire billed from the dates the scaffold went up and came down
- Saved job templates, price changes across your materials in one go, and a crew job sheet with no prices
- Clients, follow-ups and reports on what you quoted, won and are owed
- Each person has their own login
