Scrolls as you speak, in browsers that support speech recognition. Otherwise it scrolls at the speed you set.
A reading line near the camera
Keeps your eyes up where the lens is, so you look at the viewer, not down at a script.
Stage notes in [brackets]
Write reminders like [pause] or [smile] into your script. They show, but you do not read them out.
Mirror mode
Flips the text for use with a glass prompter rig.
Record yourself
Turn on the front camera, record your take behind the text, and save it straight to your phone or computer.
Your scripts, saved
Keep a library of named scripts, or open a .txt, .md or .docx file you already have.
Send to phone
Write on your computer, read on your phone. A six character code moves the script across.
Your scripts stay yours
Scripts are saved in your own browser, not on our server. Videos you record are made and saved on your own device and never uploaded to us.
Voice follow uses your browser's built-in speech recognition. Some browsers, Chrome included, send that audio to the browser maker to turn it into words. If you would rather not, leave voice follow off and use the speed scroll instead.
The one exception is Send to phone: the script is held on our server so your phone can collect it, deleted the moment it is collected, and deleted after 24 hours if it never is. See our privacy policy.
