What it does today
- Toolbox talks, site inspections, plant pre-starts, team meetings, job safety analyses and site-specific safety plans, filled in on a phone on site and synced when there is signal
- A quick near miss report in a few taps, and incident investigations with root cause and what changed
- The crew sign on the phone, and late arrivals can sign on to a plan already finished
- The main contractor signs the site-specific safety plan from a private link, with no login
- Hazard register with risk before and after controls and critical risks marked
- Hazardous substances inventory, with old or missing safety data sheets flagged
- Health monitoring records kept confidential: each worker sees their own, owners see all
- Safety documents in one place, signed off by the crew, with review dates and a monthly register review
- Actions to follow up, closed off with an after photo, and an owner's one-page month
- Every record as a signed PDF, and every form exportable to a spreadsheet
